Bear Spotted at Disney World's Magic Kingdom Forces Closure of Rides and Attractions

A real bear was seen at the Magic Kingdom theme park in Walt Disney World on Monday, causing officials to close some rides and attractions. The bear was likely searching for food. The sighting prompted the closure of multiple rides and attractions. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) confirmed that a black bear was spotted in a tree at the park and that FWC officers and biologists from the Bear Management Program were on the scene. Eventually, the bear was safely captured in a backstage area. The incident led to the temporary closure of about 10 attractions at the park.
